The Novopress ACO103 is the lightest of the press tools weighing in at just 1.7kg and has the ability to press in just a few seconds. If you use Milwaukee tools you may prefer the ACO103 as it uses Milwaukee batteries. Performance per charge will give you up to 180 presses, charge time 30 – 60mins. How often should a Novopress press tool be calibrated?
Many fitting manufacturers expect calibration and maintenance to be completed every 12 months. If your tool has hit its press count interval or you suspect performance changes, it is a good time to book via our Novopress calibration page.
How long does Novopress calibration take?
Once we receive your machine, a typical calibration turnaround is around 5 to 10 working days. Express service may be available when requested through our repairs page.
Do I need to send jaws with the tool?
If you want jaws checked at the same time, send them with the tool and package them separately. If you are unsure what to include, use our repair enquiry form and we will advise.
Should I send batteries and chargers?
We recommend not sending batteries or chargers unless there is an electrical problem, or unless we ask you to include them after reviewing your repair request.
