Shipping & returns

Returns and Refunds Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange (terms apply).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you must email info@pressit.uk and wait for confirmation before sending any items back.

Returns Terms

A 25% handling fee applies to all returned items, excluding the following:

  • Damaged items caused by our error.
  • Missing items caused by our error.

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. PressIT UK cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless suitable tracking is provided.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item.

We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within the applicable processing timeframe.

Delivery Information and Delays

Your order will be dispatched using Parcel Force or DHL. As we use third-party courier services, PressIT UK cannot guarantee 100% next-day delivery.

On average, 95% of packages are delivered within the expected timeframe, with approximately 5% experiencing delays due to courier-related issues.

PressIT UK is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Please note that machines containing batteries cannot be shipped using 24-hour delivery services. This may cause delays in transit.

Non-Receipt of Orders and Delivery Delays

PressIT UK will provide tracking information for all dispatched orders where available. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is correct and complete.

If your order has not been received within 7 days of the dispatch date, please contact us at info@pressit.uk so we can investigate with the relevant courier.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, customs delays, incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, PressIT UK cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. Customers should check with household members, neighbours, and any designated safe locations before reporting an order as missing.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, PressIT UK will work with the customer to resolve the issue in accordance with the courier’s claims process.

Claims for non-receipt must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

Any damage to packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers should provide photographic evidence of any damage, including the packaging and the item itself, to allow us to investigate the issue.

PressIT UK cannot accept responsibility for damage reported outside of this timeframe.
