How much does it cost for a repair service on my Press tools?

To give an accurate cost of the service or repair, complete the booking request below and provide as much info as possible. We will respond with a quote and turnaround time. To give an example of some recent repairs:

A straightforward calibration for a ACO103/102/M12/Rems Mini is £109 + vat and your jaws are £9.95 + vat each. (This excludes any serviceable parts)

A straightforward calibration for a ACO203/203xl/M18/Rems Akku is £159 + vat and your jaws are £12.95 + vat each. (This excludes any serviceable parts)

Return Carriage is £19 + vat

Please note that we no longer repair or calibrate Rothenberger equipment. Any Rothenberger items sent to us will incur a return carriage charge.

How do I send my Press tool to you?

Complete the booking form below and we will provide the address of our workshop with postage label. We recommend shipping the Press tool by Royal Mail recorded delivery. Note that we are UK based so do not ship international.

How should I package the tool for shipping?

Please ensure your machine is well packaged. Causing no movement within. Machine and Jaws to be wrapped individually and placed into a cardboard box. We recommend not sending your Kit Box due to movement within the box which may cause damage to internal insert or machine. Don’t send batteries or chargers unless there is an electrical problem. If unknown, please send.

What is the typical turnaround time for calibrations?

Once we receive your machine, it takes about 5 – 10 working days.

What if I need it sooner than 5 – 10 working days?

We have an express service. Please select that option on the booking form and we will quote for express service.
