About the Pegler VSH PowerPress System

The Pegler VSH PowerPress system is a complete range of DW profile press fittings, valves, and accessories designed for thick-walled carbon steel pipes from 1/2" to 2". It enables full system installation across heating, cooling, compressed air, gas, and sprinkler applications.

Designed with double safety features, all fittings include the Leak Before Press (LBP) function and a Visu-Control ring, which provides immediate visual confirmation after pressing and helps identify unpressed connections during testing.

The system is manufactured from galvanised steel with a ZnNi coating for excellent corrosion resistance, and features a stainless steel grip ring for secure connections. It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to +135°C and pressures up to 16 bar.
