About the Pegler VSH PowerPress System

The Pegler VSH PowerPress system is a complete range of DW profile press fittings, valves, and accessories designed for thick-walled carbon steel pipes from 1/2" to 2". It enables full system installation across heating, cooling, compressed air, gas, and sprinkler applications.

Designed with double safety features, all fittings include the Leak Before Press (LBP) function and a Visu-Control ring, which provides immediate visual confirmation after pressing and helps identify unpressed connections during testing.

The system is manufactured from galvanised steel with a ZnNi coating for excellent corrosion resistance, and features a stainless steel grip ring for secure connections. It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to +135°C and pressures up to 16 bar.

The Pegler VSH PowerPress system is compatible with modern battery press tools and can be combined with systems such as VSH XPress and VSH SudoPress, making it a flexible and reliable solution for professional installations.
