REMS Solar-Push K 60 Description

The REMS Solar-Push K 60 is a stable electric filling and flushing unit designed for secure, efficient operation on site. Housed in a mobile tubular steel frame, it is easy to transport and position, with two large air-filled tyres and a practical hose holder for added convenience.

Built for professional use, the REMS Solar-Push K 60 features a 30-litre plastic tank, a filling level indicator, a practical screw cap, and a ¾" return connection with immersion pipe. The stop tap allows for quick tank changes when working with different transport media, while the two handles make carrying the unit straightforward.

A high-temperature-resistant connecting hose links the tank and pump, and the fine filter in the suction line, combined with a large viewing window, makes it easy to monitor air residue and contaminants during use. Available in both 110V and 240V versions, the unit weighs 20 kg and is suited to a wide range of filling and flushing applications.

REMS Solar-Push K 60 Key Benefits

The REMS Solar-Push K 60 is equipped with a self-suction centrifugal pump suitable for a range of transport media, including heat transfer liquids, antifreeze, water, aqueous solutions, and emulsions. This makes it a versatile choice for professionals working across different closed system applications.

Its proven 940 W condenser motor delivers powerful performance with quiet running, helping to achieve a high transport volume of up to 36 litres per minute for fast filling, efficient flushing, venting of closed systems, and tank filling. At a pumping head of 40 m, it still provides an effective transport capacity of 16 litres per minute.

The REMS Solar-Push K 60 also offers a transport pressure of up to 0.55 MPa, 5.5 bar, or 80 psi, with media temperatures up to 60°C under constant load and compatibility with transported media in a pH range of 6.5 to 9.5. For added usability, a pressure relief valve is available as an accessory for simple pressure relief in the hose at the end of operation.

Included flexible, transparent PVC fabric hoses for the pressure and return lines are each 3 m long, fitted with ¾" hose screw fittings, and temperature-resistant up to 60°C, supporting reliable operation in demanding working environments.
